The challenges that can come with day-to-day stressors, or feelings of being overwhelmed can be hard to manage on your own. Whether you are coping with a recent loss, past traumas, or depression and anxiety, seeking support and guidance from a licensed psychotherapist can be helpful. I am a firm believer in the Whole Person Wellness. Empowering an individual to find not only self-awareness, but also find a voice to create balance and satisfaction in one’s life. My goal is to collaboratively explore issues surrounding one’s emotional well being and look at supportive measures such as physical and emotional health.
