I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish to adolescents, adults, parents, and older adults. I have extensive experience in treating the following mental health issues: perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and end of life issues.
I received my BS in Family and Consumer Sciences from CSUN in 2012 and earned my MSW from USC in 2014. I am currently working on getting my doctorate in education from USC. Since my graduation in 2014, I have gained specialization in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety. Additionally, I have a certificate of completion by PostPartum International in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
I practice from an eclectic psychotherapy approach in order to develop a treatment plan that uniquely addresses your needs. I view the work that is done in therapy as a collaborative experience between therapist and client and I would be honored to provide support through this journey of deeper understanding and healing. I look forward to speaking with you and beginning this healing process together.
