Therapy can be an opportunity for individuals to grow, understand themselves better and find an overall balance in life. I believe that all individuals are resilient, capable of healing, and can overcome difficult periods in their lives. As a therapist, I provide my clients with a safe, nurturing environment while working to explore and guide them to gain insight, improve coping skills and establish healthy relationships.

I practice mostly from a psychodynamic, non-directive approach that can be tailored to meet my client’s individual needs. Through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I will work with my clients to help them through whatever struggles they may be facing and to make long-lasting, positive changes to become their best selves. I have extensive training and experience working with adults, adolescents, children as well as families who are dealing with depression and anxiety, life transitions, trauma, attachment issues, and loss and grief. I also have a special interest in multiculturalism and chronic illness.
