Jennifer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping people understand themselves better so that they can overcome the obstacles they are encountering in their daily lives and relationships. She believes mental health and emotional balance are vital pieces that cannot be overlooked in our overall health and well-being. Working with Jennifer is a collaborative process that involves exploration, understanding, choice, and change.A graduate of Antioch University, Jennifer earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth psychology and an undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development from The University of Georgia. Her clinical background includes providing individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy to diverse populations. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Jennifer worked in television/film production and also elementary school education. Jennifer’s approach is compassionate and solution-oriented, with an emphasis on the development of the individual’s coping styles and drive to thrive. She knows how difficult it can be to seek help for yourself or for your relationship and infuses her work with optimism and confidence in you and your family.
