“Things aren’t always as they appear. Sometimes what seems to be the end is really just a new beginning. Like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly.” As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (English & Spanish), my mission is to create a safe, therapeutic environment where clients are able to explore feelings, heal and grow without fearing judgement. Sometimes life is moving at such a fast pace, that at times we forget to stop and BREATH! We forget to focus on the here-and-now, but my focus is to help you find your equilibrium.

Coming from a non-profit mental health setting, I have had the opportunity to work with various populations such as children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I aspire to empower couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles in order to find a balance and improve relationships. I have experience working in the following areas: anxiety, depression, marital and family conflict, child/adolescent behavioral problems, abuse, adjustment disorders, and life transitions.

I attended California State University of Los Angeles for my undergraduate, and received my Masters in Counseling/Marriage, Family and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I became licensed in 2018 (LMFT 109182). I am a member with CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapist) and part of the LA-CAMFT.

… You have already made the first step, I look forward to meeting you and tailoring your needs to create healing and growth!
