Mikal Britt, LCSW
Originally from New York, and with a background in creative arts, Mikal Britt found his true calling and passion as a trauma-informed therapist in California. Mikal recently discovered social media as a useful tool to help grow his private practice. Having been with Soultenders for 4 years, Mikal works out of the Burbank office and loves being a therapist.
Pisey Sok, LMFT
Raised in a bicultural environment, I value the role of faith, culture, and spirituality in healing trauma. Working in a bilingual and multiethnic context shaped my cultural sensitivity to address complex cultural and psychological dynamics in therapy. I am certified in CBT and Restoration Therapy and trained in EMDR to treat generalized anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal stressors, and other adjustment disorders. I have provided telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and families with Soultenders since 2021.
Lauren Stockly, LCSW, RPT-S, ECMHS, PPSC
Lauren Stockly is the PSS of the South Pasadena Soultenders location, where she specializes in providing child trauma therapy and Direct Neurofeedback. In addition to her practice, she is an award winning children’s author, a member of the California Association for Play Therapy’s board of directors and a consultant for companies at the intersection of mental health and technology. She also founded her own company, Bumble BLS, which is launching its first line of wireless EMDR tappers next month.
Catherine Gruman, LMFT, EMDR Ceritified
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDRIA Certified, and in training to be an EMDRIA Consultant – I integrate family systems with various evidenced-based theories and modalities in response to the needs and goals of the client, from brief solution focused to deeper and lengthy processing. As an EMDRIA Certified therapist I have access to integrating a robust approach to treating not only trauma, but anxiety and other maladaptive symptoms.
