With over 20 years of nonprofit leadership and family therapy experience, Heather Bland is dedicated to promoting excellence, hope, and relational health and resilience in every situation. Over the past 9 years, Heather has uniquely woven her in-depth knowledge of resilience-based family therapy into her style of Gallup Certified Strengths Coaching as the CEO of My Refuge House, a therapeutic home in Cebu, Philippines that journeys with survivors, families, and communities impacted by human trafficking and exploitation. Heatherhas worked with individuals, communities, and teams around the world, including in Tennessee, Illinois, the UK, and the Philippines. She is also married to Joey, a brilliant actor and comedian. They have Jack and Ike, two kids who keep them thinking, laughing, and learning more about roller coasters and anime than anyone would think possible.
