About
One of my goals in therapy is to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to be their authentic selves.
Life is a journey filled with many trials and tribulations. Sometimes life can lead us to feeling lonely or in need of support. That is what I am here for. I strive to empower, uplift and motivate my clients to face their life challenges, find their strengths and build their resilience. Counseling is a vulnerable experience for many people. It can be hard to discuss emotions or trauma. One of my goals in therapy is to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to be their authentic selves. I will work with you to find your inner peace. I work with adults and adolescents that struggle with anxiety, depression, or trauma. I use a wide range of interventions such as EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
