About
"Growth hurts because change isn't easy, that's why they call it growing pains" Tony Gaskins
Welcome, my name is Ana Cristobal, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been in the helping profession for 15 years but focusing on therapeutic care for the past 8 years working with children, teens, foster youth, adults and families. I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish. Although I am passionate about integrating faith and psychology as Christian counselor, I respect, appreciate and learn from all faith backgrounds. I have extensive experience in working with and addressing struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. I believe that pain and circumstances out of our control are inevitable, but we can all choose to learn, heal, and grow from those experiences. Likewise, healing is a journey that can be scary and uncomfortable but when ready to be confronted with changing our mindset, using our strengths, learning new skills and the appropriate support, it can be life changing. I aim to foster a caring, safe and supportive environment to help others heal. If interested in a consultation or if I can help answer any questions reach out via email or phone.
