About
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Carl Rogers
I believe that every person I meet has an internal power to change the world and overcome every challenge modern life throws at them. Most of my career I worked with people who dreamed of a better future and better selves despite their trauma, depression, anxiety, and lack of support and acceptance. I know things can change. I am a mother, a partner, and an immigrant who had to start all over again to reach my dream of helping people.
My approach is client-oriented, based on principles of humanity, which is an extension of my own personal beliefs and values. I believe that the key to success is a trusting and a non-judgmental relationship between client and therapist. Trust and safety in therapeutic relationship become a precondition of change. I listen and help my clients make their own discoveries and breakthroughs.
