About
“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
― Viktor E. Frankl
If you are pre-teen, teen or adult hoping to address and heal from past trauma, get to know yourself better, find new perspective or navigate a life transition, then I would love to come alongside you and help you uncover the strengths and resources that are unique to you.
As a trauma-informed individual I have a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach to therapy. I draw on various modalities including humanistic, person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as EMDR to help my clients navigate life’s challenges.
In my free time, I love reading, going to concerts, exploring new music, finding the next best place to eat and running.
