About
"Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get".
-Forrest Gump
Navigating this world, comes with it's fair share of challenges and obstacles. It also comes with growth, fun, and adventure. Allow me to be on this journey with you and together we can figure out this ongoing process called Life. Everyone's story is worth telling, but more importantly everyone's story is worth being heard. So I ask you, what's your story?
I graduated from Antioch University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with many populations including: children with Autism and other learning disabilities, young adults figuring out social and romantic relationships, clients engaging in self harm and suicidal ideation, as well as elderly patients and their families discussing their next steps in life. I come in with curiosity and an eagerness to learn about others.
