About
"The true awakening takes place within."
My favorite part about being a therapist is the human-to-human connection and relationship that is built through communication. I understand that asking for help isn’t always easy and finding a therapist that is the right fit can also be a challenge at times. I hope that by learning more about me, my approach, and the client’s I serve can support you in your decision of determining if I may be a right fit for you.
It is my mission to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe space that allows for the relationship that is built, to be utilized as the core as we work together on your journey to wholeness. My focus is working with adult and young adult individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, experiencing difficulties within relationships, going through difficult life transitions, traumas, and struggling with understanding and processing inner child wounds and experiences.
I like to work collaboratively with my clients to identify pattern behaviors that are not supporting their desired areas of growth, set healthy boundaries around their individualized needs, and identify negative beliefs of self that are creating barriers in their daily lives.
I strongly believe in the mind-body-soul connection and believe it is important to view all as a whole. My approach to treatment is addressing all areas of an individual that make them whole, while assisting in improving daily functioning, supporting areas of individual desired growth, and reinforcing self-efficacy and resiliency.
* I speak fluent Spanish and would love to utilize my skill with those in need of a Spanish-speaking therapist. *
