About
"The soul always knows what to do to heal itself..." Carolyn Myss
Almost everyone has anxiety, stress, and life difficulties at some time in their life. I am here to guide you through the hard times, help you find solutions, and improve the quality of your life and relationships.
Loneliness, isolation, and stress can feel overwhelming and sometimes scary. I specialize in anxiety disorders of all kinds, trauma disorders, and mood disorders. We all need someone we can talk to, and I can help you decrease the stressful events and increase your connection to a healthier you.
I believe there is always hope.
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to address trauma, relationships, addiction, mental health issues, and reduce suffering. There is not one single answer to complex issues and individual struggles, I offer a compassionate, personal approach, and a safe and secure environment to process your issues as you search for peace, meaning, and purpose.
I have a Master’s degree (M.S.) in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and a B.A. in Counseling Psychology from The College of Santa Fe. I have worked the past 20 years in addictions and mental health counseling and strive to assist my clients in improving their quality of life and increasing joy.
