About
Mental health is just as important as physical health
I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed since 2012. I have been interested in psychology and relationships for many years and I have invested my career in helping others identify and reach their personal goals. My approach is gentle, focused and compassionate. I believe in the use of light humor when appropriate as I see the therapeutic relationship as one of the most important aspects of therapy. I have a lot of respect for anyone who is willing to ask for help and I am prepared to work hard in order to work through a variety of different barriers to happiness including depression and anxiety. I always say that we get what we put in out of any situation and I am invested in working as hard as my patients do. My 13 years of experience include work with families, couples, children, teenagers, and adults. I have a special interest in helping women with maternal mental health concerns and I spent many years in my career helping mothers achieve their full potential. I believe that the sometimes difficult journey of preconception, pregnancy, and motherhood can be made more enjoyable with the right support. Whether you're looking for short-term solutions or a more in-depth approach, I am here to support you and look forward to our time together.
