About
I find collaboration is key in helping others find change for the better. This means I will explore and at time challenge your beliefs and perspective to help you see it from a different viewpoint which sometimes is what we need. There is no judgement or shame in the process, rather, acceptance and looking at things in a realistic and healthy manner.
I've worked in the mental health field close to 20 years i.e. an FSP behavior specialist, with the Riverside County HHOPE program, homeless shelters, with children dealing with autism, schools with children with emotional struggles, group homes, outreach for the homeless, mental health urgent care, and as a mentor.
