About
“You are not alone. You are seen. I am with you. You are not alone.” — Shonda Rhimes
I work with families and individuals who are having difficulty transitioning in multiple settings post COVID-19. I also collaborate with clients who would like to feel safe and be able to perform well at school and at work, in social and in home environments.
I would provide empathy and build the therapeutic relationship first and model appropriate coping strategies. I would utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) skills to support their treatment modality.
