Hi, I’m Jackie!
I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges, understand themselves better, and feel more in control of their emotions. Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling with difficult emotions, or just looking for some clarity, I’m here to support you.
My Approach
When we work together, I focus on helping you connect with your emotions in a healthy and grounded way. Instead of rushing to solve problems right away, we’ll take time to create a safe, stable space where you can explore what’s really going on inside. My goal is for you to be able to feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them—going at a pace that feels right for you. I know this process can feel awkward at first, especially if learning to be with your emotions is something you’ve never been taught. But that’s exactly what we’ll focus on: building a sense of safety and emotional awareness, step by step.
The Tools We’ll Use
I combine several therapeutic approaches to help you understand your emotions and create positive change. We’ll explore how your past influences your present through psychodynamic therapy and attachment theory. I’ll also introduce mindfulness techniques to help you tune into your body and emotions, along with insights into how your brain processes stress and trauma. We’ll focus on nervous system regulation, helping your body feel calm and safe, so you can heal and navigate difficult emotions with more ease.
Who I Work With:
I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or uncertain about how to handle life’s struggles. This might include issues like trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or emotional dysregulation. I also help clients navigate relationship challenges, learning to communicate their needs, set boundaries, and rebuild connections with others.
What to Expect:
Each session will look different depending on where you are in your journey. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” solutions, so we’ll work together to find what feels right for you. Sometimes the work will be deep and introspective, other times more practical and action-focused. The important thing is that we’re creating a space where you can make sense of what’s going on in your life, build self-awareness, and feel confident moving forward.

My goal is for you to feel heard, seen, and respected at every step of our work together. I want you to feel understood, but also empowered to take the next steps in your growth.

My hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3:30 PM. Looking forward to hearing from you!
