Who I Work With

My areas of focus include trauma, grief, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I also help clients learn effective ways to handle conflict and communicate their needs. Together, we’ll work on rebuilding connections with loved ones and restoring relationships that may feel strained.
