About
“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step.” - Naeem Callaway.
I feel like in life and in therapy, often the first step in trying to change or accomplish something is the hardest. For this reason, I realized the importance of taking small, manageable baby steps because they can keep you moving forward even when you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
** I am currently only offering Telehealth sessions. **
I have a very eclectic therapeutic style with a strengths-based approach.
I often utilize Clinical Art Therapy with a wide variety of theoretical modalities in order to best meet the individual needs of my clients. I am currently working with young adults and adults with Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, and those suffering from Chronic Illnesses.
My goal is to provide a safe space where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings, learn coping skills, and identify creative options for managing the variety of stressors life brings. I look forward to connecting with you and assisting you on your journey to healing.
