About
For me, therapy is a balance of art and science. My favorite thing is when the art and science come together in a meaningful way for my clients.
The fit between client and therapist is so important. My style is gentle, cooperative, compassionate and transparent. I have generally found that I am a good fit for people who are looking for a collaboration with their therapist, who are open to sharing their story, learning about relevant psychological research, trying new things and giving me feedback so that we can personalize their treatment together.
