About
"The richest and fullest lives attempt to achieve an inner balance between three realms: work, love and play." ~ Erik Erikson
Are you feeling stuck, numb, or tired all the time? Are you having trouble focusing - on your work, family and friends, your partner, or even YOURSELF? Do you experience anger, guilt, sadness, or hopelessness? Would you like to find a way to overcome this but don't know where to begin? I believe through exploration there can be freedom, from fear, guilt, shame, doubt, and uncertainty. As with all explorations, I will be your guide to walk with you through the frustration, pain, and confusion. Regardless of what we find, I will be committed to doing it with you. I have treated clients from various backgrounds, including first responders and healthcare workers. I have witnessed the sacrifices my clients make, personally and professionally. This can result in an ongoing cycle of rupture and repair. Through therapy, clients rebuild, balance, and strengthen from PTSD, trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, and/or depression. Striking a balance applies to all my clients, regardless of presentation. This allows my clients to achieve a more fulfilling life, personally and professionally. Outside of sessions, my clients gradually succeed in building their own self-care practice by as little as a few minutes a day. Invest in You. Guaranteed Lifetime Returns. Stay Curious, J ~
