About
"Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength." -Sigmund Freud
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that you are the expert of your own life; my job is to offer strategies, interventions and new skills that you feel would be the best tools for you. In order to accomplish this, I view therapy as having an open and honest discussion about what you feel needs to improve, be modified or change in your life for you to reach your goals.
Successful therapy is oriented toward assisting you as you learn to navigate the gray areas of life so that you can search out, identify, manage, repair and maintain a healthy lifestyle and relationships you are proud of. Through getting in touch with and healing our inner child, exploring old ways of thinking, acting and feeling, resolving old attachment wounds, and learning to address that which we can control – ourselves – we can learn to navigate the uncertainties that come with this amazing journey we call life!
