About
"It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you don't stop." Confucius
Therapy is a huge opportunity to be fully heard and supported as you navigate what might be a tough time for you. Many have been struggling to figure things out on their own and this could be the time to accept additional support. I see therapy as an opportunity to be heard, understood, develop skills, identify strengths and use resources that will increase the quality of life.
I enjoy being able to assist clients and take pride in being a calm source of support through many different challenges. I have worked in Community Mental Health for six years and have spent the last three years working in private practice. I welcome clients with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work issues, problems with confidence/self-esteem, those trying to be a better individual, partner, family member, parent, and friend.
I offer a welcoming, warm, empathetic, and nonjudgemental approach and believes everyone deserves to tell their story.
