About
I draw on your inner strengths and external resources. I believe in the power of you.
I am a bilingual (Spanish) and a bicultural therapist with over 12 years of providing services to adults, children, and teens. My experience working at a military counseling center, nonprofit intensive wraparound programs, county behavioral health, and school districts has allowed me to support people from diverse backgrounds and varied concerns. Some of the areas of focus have included anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal struggles, immigration stress, ADHD & parenting issues. My previous experience as an advocate for sexual assault and intimate partner violence survivors serves as my foundation for being strength-based. Together we can develop a collaborative relationship where you can feel safe to work through your concerns. I use therapies that recognize you as a whole person and that our minds and bodies are interconnected.
