About
*Not accepting new therapy clients*
As a trauma therapist, I am dedicated to supporting emotional and cognitive wellness through holistic and evidence-based approaches. My practice integrates trauma informed-care and principles from neuroscience with a range of innovative technologies and therapeutic techniques to address the unique needs of each client. While I specialize in providing intensive services to help children heal from trauma, I also provide Neurotherapy to diverse individuals of all ages. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate mental health services, and I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ clients.

Neurotherapy: I am a Certified Neuropsychotherapist, meaning I take a multidisciplinary approach to mental health and cognitive wellness that integrates the latest advancements in neuroscience. By drawing from scientific research on how the brain and the nervous system work together to influence emotions and behavior, Neurotherapy provides comprehensive care that addresses each client’s individual needs from multiple angles. Because trauma has such a powerful impact on brain development, those with difficult early childhood experiences may find this approach especially beneficial. To help clients achieve lasting results I use Neurotherapy techniques including:
- Direct Neurofeedback (DNF), a powerful therapeutic technology that uses imperceptible electromagnetic signals to correct dysfunctional brainwave patterns and restore balance to the nervous system. This treatment also promotes neuroplasticity, which aids in emotional regulation, healing from trauma and managing neurological disorders. Learn more at CreativePlayTherapist.com/Creative-Neurotherapy.
- Photobiomodulation, a form of infrared light and low-level laser therapy (LLLT) that enhances brain function and promotes physical healing and emotional well-being by improving cellular metabolism, reducing inflammation and stimulating neuroplasticity.
- Safe and Sound Protocol, a therapeutic listening program designed to reduce stress, improve sensory sensitivity and promote social engagement by stimulating the vagus nerve. The program involves listening to between five and ten hours of specially processed music that stimulates the brain through auditory processing.
- B-Pulse, a brand of bilateral stimulation tools I created for all ages to use in EMDR therapy and promoting emotional regulation. Visit BumbleBLS.com to learn more about B-Pulse and other therapeutic products.
-
Child Trauma Therapy: I am a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) with expertise in helping children and teens process and heal from traumatic experiences. My practice takes a “bottom-up” approach to understanding and addressing trauma that factors in different developmental stages and uses EMDR to help clients reprocess difficult memories while supporting the child’s neurodevelopment to foster healing and growth. I am also a Registered Play Therapist with specialized training in using play-based techniques to create a safe and engaging therapeutic environment for children to express themselves and work through their trauma. As a certified Adoption Competent Therapist I have a deep understanding of the nuances and complexities of adoption, including attachment, identity formation, and the impact of early life experiences on a child’s development.
