About

Failure is a necessary part of development, learning, and growth. So, fail big, and know that you are STILL enough.

Your mind feels cluttered, you have trouble sleeping, and you wonder how you can simultaneously be so high-performing AND stuck in the past. Guess what? You're probably more normal than you think!

We have a barrage of information coming at us each and every day, and it's not unusual to feel overwhelmed by it all. And, you know what? That's ok. It's also okay to reach out and get support as you walk through this journey and all that life is constantly throwing at you. That's what I'm here for. To ensure you feel seen, heard, and understood, and to remind you that even when life is messy, you can maneuver it.

Therapy is a space to build skills, expand your comfort zone, and digest negative experiences. It's hard work, but worth the effort to get to a place where you can feel settled in your mind, body, and spirit.

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adult individuals who are ready for their difficult past to FEEL like it is actually in the past—those who have had enough and are motivated to dive deep into the history that haunts them. Trauma work is hard work, but you don't have to go it alone.
