About
"Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light." — Albus Dumbledore.
The brain is the most powerful organ our body consists of. With that, the limbic system is the area that is responsible for memory, behavioral and emotional responses. However throughout our life span, we may endure unfavorable events and experiences that can cause adverse affects mentally and emotionally.
With that, I will utilize evidence based interventions to assist you on reconstructing your behavior and emotional responses that have developed over your lifespan. My approach is biopsychosocial, we explore the interconnection between biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors that are constructed in your childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
These factors & experiences help explain who you are today. My goal is to help formulate the tools needed in order to rebuild yourself, family, relationships.
