About
"Nothing is impossible. The word itself says 'I'm possible!'" - Audrey Hepburn
This can be such a challenging question to answer as there is no easy situation to manage in life but if an individual comes to session motivated and willing to practice skills outside of session it can be beneficial to both the client and therapist.
I would assist this individual in creating a treatment plan with their input that takes into consideration their culture, needs, abilities and strengths to help guide them on a successful journey. I come from several different modalities that I have blended together to create the most productive and effective intervention set.
I provide a warm and safe environment to enable the individual to discuss their concerns openly and without fear of judgement. I come from a practice that utilizes mindfulness, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive therapy, trauma focused and humanistic.
