About
The decision to pursue counseling is a powerful and courageous step. I believe in the healing power of human connection. Finding the right therapist can feel exhausting, but I am certain that with the right fit you can process through any emotional pain. During my time as a therapist, I have discovered the healing power that comes from vulnerability, connection and awareness.
I specialize in telehealth therapy for adult females from a client-centered approach. I am passionate about helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, motivation, and coping skills. I enjoy working on topics such as life transitions, career exploration and examinations of one’s identities.
Let’s work together to develop practical tools that can make a difference in your everyday life. I believe treatment should be collaborative, creative, and tailored for your specific needs. I try to approach therapy with curiosity, determination, openness, and humor, and I invite my clients to do the same.
Allow me to create a safe space for you to practice vulnerability, process your negative cognitions and help you enhance your self-awareness. Therapy can also target thinking skills (e.g., attention, memory, planning), emotional regulation (e.g., worry, frustration, impulsivity) or both.
My style is emotions based, empathic, warm, intuitive, and non-judgmental. Allow me to be a neutral and supportive guide as you embark on this journey of vulnerability, healing, to loving and accepting every part of yourself.
My work is trauma-informed, LBGTQI+ affirming and inclusive.
