About
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
Carl Jung
[Please Note I am not accepting new patients at this time. My wait list will open up again in October 2023.]
I specialize in helping creative professionals (writers, directors, animators, musicians, comedians, and performers in Film, TV and New Media) learn to manage and transcend stress, anxiety, depression, emotional or creative blocks, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions.
My style is positive, caring and reflective, and my background includes a B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley, an M.A. in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and 10 years working in film and television development and production, prior to becoming a therapist, so I’m finely attuned to the unique stressors of the industry.
I tailor my practice to meet each client's needs, using CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Talk Therapy), in a safe, nonjudgmental setting where warmth and humor is encouraged. I also offer Depth Therapy for clients seeking archetypal work, and EMDR Therapy to reduce the effects of trauma.
I am offering virtual sessions only, at the present time, and invite you to reach out if you think we may be a good fit to work together.
