We all struggle sometimes.
Conflict with a partner, struggles with a parent, or stress at a job can become overwhelming. As a therapist my goal is to help you develop deeper self-awareness, improve your relationships, and build healthy self esteem. I work with clients who would like a little help with communicating needs and boundaries with parents and partners. I also work with clients who are processing race based trauma and conflict with parents due to cultural and generational differences.
