About
It takes bravery to take that first steps to seek a more satisfying and happy life and I would be honored to support you in that process.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take my title to heart and actively work to be of service and an advocate of BIPOC and the LGBTQI+ community. I have training to work with survivors and victims of domestic violence and have worked closely with the HIV/AIDS community. I have experience helping adults and children with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, difficult life transitions, and depression. I also have experience with pre and postpartum depression, anxiety, and overall parenting adjustments and challenges. My most recent specialty has been working with children ages 0-5, including children with special needs. I believe that all parents work with the skills they have and want the best for their children. I'm here to help strengthen those tools, which includes taking care of yourself first. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will help you overcome the things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seek a more satisfied and happy life is brave. I'm here to support you in that process and give you additional skills to be the best version of yourself.
